Terms of Service

Welcome to BukAI (hereinafter the "Service"). The Service is operated by the BukAI team (hereinafter "we" or "us"). By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (hereinafter the "Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.

BukAI is an AI-powered cross-language phone agent service. Users can submit task instructions through the web or mobile clients, and an AI agent will complete real phone calls in the target language on your behalf (such as restaurant reservations, medical appointments, subscription cancellations, government affairs inquiries, etc.), then compile and return the call results to the user.

The Service leverages Google Gemini Live real-time voice models and LiveKit's global low-latency audio/video infrastructure to execute calls through real SIP/PSTN telephone networks.

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
• You must provide true, accurate, and complete information when registering, and keep your account information up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. All consequences arising from unauthorized use of your account are your responsibility.
• Each user is limited to one account. We reserve the right to merge or terminate duplicate accounts.

To ensure telephone communication safety and prevent telecom fraud and other illegal activities, BukAI uses an enumerated task type system: each task type has clearly defined execution scope and boundaries, and the AI agent will not execute instructions that exceed preset boundaries.

You must not use the Service to:

• Conduct any form of telecom fraud, deception, impersonation, or illegal activities;
• Submit false or misleading task information;
• Attempt to bypass task type boundaries or security restrictions;
• Harass, threaten, or infringe upon the rights of others;
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse automated access to the Service;
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer access to the Service to third parties.

Users who violate these provisions will have their accounts immediately terminated, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action.

BukAI uses a credit-based billing model. Each successfully completed task consumes credits, with consumption varying slightly by task type and call duration.

• Free trial credits are granted upon registration and are valid for 90 days.
• You can acquire more credits through on-demand top-ups or subscription packages. Credits purchased via top-up never expire.
• If a task fails due to reasons outside your control (e.g., unanswered calls, line failures) and cannot be retried, consumed credits are typically refunded.
• Unused credit packs can be refunded within 7 days of purchase; partially used packs are non-refundable.

Call results completed by the AI agent are presented to users as summaries and structured information. Please note:

• AI call results are for reference only and do not constitute legal, medical, or financial advice.
• We make every effort to ensure call accuracy and completeness, but cannot guarantee the AI will achieve expected results with all call recipients.
• We are not directly liable for losses caused by misunderstandings, information omissions, or third-party actions during calls.
• For emergencies (e.g., urgent medical care), we recommend using alternative communication methods and not relying solely on the Service.

All content, designs, logos, software code, and technical architecture in the Service are the intellectual property of BukAI or its licensors. Task information and call results submitted by users belong to the users, and we will not use users' private data to train AI models.

• We may update, modify, or terminate some or all features of the Service at any time without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violating these Terms.
• After account termination, user task history will be retained for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BukAI and its team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total service fees paid by you in the most recent 12 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Modified Date." Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes, we will provide advance notice via email or in-app notification.
